You can probably pick up a used B6 on rctech pretty cheap. I would go with a buggy, as that is always the biggest class. The good thing with batteries is that you can buy one pack now, for about 90 bucks and run it over and over all night, A charge lasts about 20 mins now. Come by the track and introduce yourself. I can go through it with you , and give you an idea of the costs and such. Shoot someone at the track might have something for you!! We race weds again, that would be a good time to come by. I have a Team Associated B6. You would just need the appropriate tires and a charger.
I have a b6 roller, you would just need esc/rx/tx, I have a 17.5t motor and battery you can run with it, ill throw in tires and maybe my charger.
